Appearance: Deep, stained tears, clear, bright ruby/blood red

Nose: Medium intensity, clear, prune, chocolate, coffee, dried fruit, dark fruit, pepper, blackberry, violet.

Palate: Dry, smooth tannin, supple, juicy, black raspberry, full body, medium acidity, medium alcohol, plum, dark fruit, chocolate, blackberry preserves

This wine is amazingly deep. Full but smooth with concentrated fruit and floral elements. Subtle spiciness typical of this grape variety. Jammy and delicious. Perhaps only better with a big piece of dense chocolate cake.
