Appearance: Clear, medium- golden yellow, brightFuller bodied white. 2006 was a very strong year in this region of Germany and resulted in some really big wines. Balmy mouth feel with lower acid. Stainless steel and left on lees for 6 months.
Nose: Clearn, cooked yellow apple, orange, citrus, baking spice, sweet bread (but not brains!) - like banana nut bread, floral, minerality, poached pears
Palate: Tropical fruit, banana, cooked pear, ripe yellow apple, chapstick, medium+ body, medium- acid, flabby, soft citrus, fleshy fruit, dry
