Quick-Sip: Think Pink, part 1

Cristalino Rosé Brut (NV)
Bodegas Juame Serra
Pinot Noir 60% | Trepat 40%
Cava (Costers del Segre or Conca de Barberá D.O.)

Appearance: Clear, pale, ruby grapefruit hue.

Nose: Clean, mineral, wet stone, cherry, cranberry, strawberry, peach pit, citrus. A slight sulfur/chemical characteristic upon first pouring, but blows off quickly.

Palate: Dry, medium+ acidity with aggressive mousse. Medium alchol, light body. Mineral, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, citrus.
Don't like this as much as the Codorníu, but for $10 not a bad bottle of every day bubbly. Would be great as a simple aperitif.

Cheers!
